Efficient call handling
Just wanted to share a recent call I had, which went like this:
Them: "Thanks for calling Apple Store Simi Valley, where we're all sold out of iPhone 4s and accessories - how can I help you?"Me: "Well I guess you can't...! Thanks anyway!"
Efficient without being offensive, and nicely executed.
